Ive been taking them for a few weeks now, they have helped me maintain, but that’s about it, I haven’t lost weight but I haven’t gained weight. I think if you would take these and have a healthy diet and exercise daily, then these would definitely work! I just think I’m not eating healthy enough yet for these to work well.
