I would recommend this product. I noticed a lot of new hair growth and it helped put a boost to new hair. The only thing is that after awhile I didnt feel it was doing much for me. I was taking it constantly for 5 months. My body has been going through a lot so I’m trying other products to see which one works best for me. I would recommend because it does help in the hair growth and regrowth, I just needed something to stop my hair from falling out so much because regrowth won’t help if the hair keeps falling out.
