I take a pill in the morning and the hip pain is gone in approx. 1 hour. Also helps as a detox for the liver and provides a huge improvement for my gallbladder. I am extremely satisfied and I’ll include it in my long term routine. Recommended it to my sister (purchased a bottle for her) and she seems happy with it. I gave a few pills to my boss to see if it helps with his knee pain and it worked.

They only recommend 1 tablet per day which would give an uninformed person that more than one could create a negative reaction…..i would suggest rewriting Directions for use 🙂

So far so good, been taking it for about 2 weeks in combination with other 2 herbs(sarsaparrila, milk thistle and dandelion) and i been feeling with more energy since the first week and don’t feel heavy my eyes wanting to sleep anymore, improve my time at night while i sleep. I have history of fatty liver alway my enzimes came high on labs, planning to check my numbers when i finish the first round of capsules and will update the review to show progress.

It’s really not right to give a review so early.The rule of thumb with most herbs and supplements IS A MONTH OF USE PER EACH DECADE OF LIFE.But, I bought these for the value, quality, the milligrams, and the promise of improving my skin.I remember my father taking these along with sassafras. His old age spots disappeared in a matter of months.OF course sassafras is pretty much banned because of it causing cancer in lab rats. So this is what I have left to try….
