I decided to try this product because I have hypothyroidism. I work out regularly and eat fairly well, but never get the results I want. It sounds silly but this thing is like a magic pill. I lost 7 pounds within the first month. It really suppresses your appetite and helps your metabolism. The best part for me was the amount of energy it gave me…that’s something I struggle with because of my thyroid. All day energy, too. Unfortunately the last time I ordered they accidentally sent me the vegan version though and it really did nothing for me. I didn’t realize it was vegan but I knew it was different. Gross taste, no energy boost, no appetite suppressant, and no results. I got a new bottle of the normal kind and can’t wait to get started back on it. It just makes me feel so much better throughout the day and honestly improves my quality of life. If you struggle with hypothyroidism, these are pretty life changing. Of course I still try to eat right and work out, but I don’t feel bad about a cheat day anymore and still see results.
