  1. As a parent of two young, active, smart daughters, I am constantly concerned for their health. I have friends and clients in the health and wellness industries, who had shared with me the pros and cons of the top brand ‘kid multivitamins’. I perform a lot of research my self, and stumble upon this product. Most of the truly healthy multivitamins are not something my girls have enjoyed taking ( no taste to them or they “taste nasty”). Smarty Pants Gummy Vitamins, have passed by daughters taste test, and they take them daily.

  2. As a parent I love that these contain no high fructose corn syrup, synthetic colors, flavors, sweeteners, or preservatives. They also provide vitamins plus Omega 3s.The vitamins are about the size of a dime so they are probably a choking hazard for small kids. My son is almost 3 and eats these no problem but I make him bite each one in half as he eats them to make sure he doesn’t goof off and choke. I definitely wouldn’t just hand these over to a 3yr old. Probably fine for older kids.Pros: Almost everything I was looking for in a chewy kid multivitaminCons: Potential choking hazard for little ones since its small and round. (Would love to see flat half moon shape)

  3. My 5-year old son liked them at first. I tried them too. Very tasty. Unfortunately, he had them on an empty stomach one day and got nauseous. He has refused to take them ever since, and we had to change to a different product. I saw absolutely no change in behavior. We were on our 2nd bottle when he refused to continue taking these vitamins. Be sure your child eats before taking them. I get nauseous if I take vitamins on an empty stomach or not so full stomach. My son too. Realize it was user error and that he ate them before finishing breakfast but just a heads up.

  4. My kids eat quite well but I do have one with a more “discerning palate.” I tend to worry about him getting enough variety. We don’t use the serving suggestion of 4 but I give 2 a day and feel better knowing he has a few extra vitamins and minerals going in. They’re little sugar bombs though. I question how much the benefits of thevitamins are offset by the sugar. Obviously I don’t question it enough to stop buying them…:)

  5. I buy these gummy vitamins on a regular basis for my daughter. She isn’t super picky, but most kids do not like the taste of fish oil, and who can blame them? These vitamins are a complete gummy vitamin meaning that they are a multivitamin & omega 3 DHA/EPA fish oil, methylfolate, methyl B12, vitamin D3, These vitamins are not cheap. The bottle is 120 count but that is only a 30 day supply. The serving size is 4 gummies per day. They taste awesome and my daughter looks forward to taking them daily.

  6. I researched many products before trying these. I tasted them and they taste fantastic. My daughter is developmentally delayed and very particular about anything she eats. I really think it’s the fact that she knows they are vitamins is the reason she acts like I’m killing her every day when I give them to her. LOL. After reading the reviews – it is also extremely impressive and says a lot about a company that quickly and succinctly responds to all consumer questions or criticisms themselves. Thanks for a great product that will definitely help my daughter whether she agrees or not 😀

  7. My son didn’t like the taste of these first but he likes it now. I wish they didn’t coat them with all this sugar on the outside. It’s messy and unnecessary. Unless of course that without it the vitamins are just unpalatable?

  8. I don’t even know where to begin. Our 7 year old son tested off the charts for impulsivity, inattention, and hyperactivity in his ADHD evaluation and was diagnosed with severe ADHD in February of this year. He had struggled in school since kindergarten and received bad reports almost every single day from his teacher this year. He was frustrated because he couldn’t control it, and we were distraught and all we wanted to was to do what was best for him. We wanted to help him so badly. I scrambled to find a doctor to set up and appointment with to discuss medication even though I am typically adverse to any medications for our family unless absolutely necessary and always seek natural methods first if possible. We were only a couple of weeks away from putting our son on ADHD pharmaceuticals. In a last ditch effort, I ordered Smarty Pants gummies and prayed with all my heart they would help. We also eliminated ALL artificial food dyes and began to eat as organic and clean as possible. After one week, we already noticed a difference. After 2 weeks, the difference was substantial. We went to his doctor appointment and she noticed such a difference that she was fully supportive of continuing our natural methods and even wrote a letter to support our decision to his school. The good reports started to come back from school and we are now almost 3 months in and we have only received a couple of semi-tough day reports. Overall his teacher has given us positive reports for weeks now and that has NEVER happened. His teacher even told us she no longer felt it necessary to have a support team meeting that they had arranged with several of his teachers and staff to strategize what to do next to help him because he has made so much improvement!!!! He still forgets from time to time and still needs redirection at times, but he was so bad before that he could barely even function and has now gone to fully succeeding and thriving! He is a completely different kid and we are eternally grateful for finding something that has completely changed our son’s life and given him the ability to be the incredible kid he has always been. I tell everyone about these and joke that I would literally be their “spokes-mom” if I could because I love them so much.

  9. It’s tough to find a vitamin that your kids love. Very happy that I found these smarty-pants vitamins. We were trying a few others with no success. They tasted good and had no nutrition or they tasted like crap. This has vitamins and Omega threes built-in one and has lots nutrition. And, my kids love them. They’re a little more expensive than the standard vitamin that we used to get, but when you add in the cost of the omega-3’s and DHA i’m actually saving money. I’ll be ordering these from now on!

  10. kids LOVE these and think they are candy. They are super, super sweet and actually taste like candy, so beware.. The lid is not very kid proof…….. Hide them because I caught my kid sneaking these thinking they were candy.. But over all my kids love them . I do find they get a tad wild after taking them so I give it to them in the morning before school.

  11. I’ve always been sketch of gummy vitamins for my son, he’s 3. He eats lots of fruits and veggies and pretty wholesome, I didn’t want him to eat them and start getting a taste for something outside of what I’ve been feeding him, however he looks forward to these every morning without fussing for more or for sweets. They are great. We just ordered our 4th bottle. I will stick with these for a while.

  12. Customer reviewsThese are some wonderful gummy vitamins.First off…let’s get one thing straight. When I see the word “Gummy” I usually assume a texture like a gummy bear. Gelatinous and very chewy. But these are not. This are more akin in texture to Sunkist fruit gem. It has a “Jelly” texture and not a “Gummy” texture. It is also coated with crunchy sugar…like a Sunkist fruit gem. I like this texture so much more. Not because I don’t enjoy gummy bears. But because kids don’t always take the time to carefully chew and I find the chewy gummy texture harder for them to break down. When the gummy vitamins sit on the shelf a while, they settle, stick together at the bottom of the bottle, and get really hard. I don’t find the jelly texture to have any of these problems. It is also easier to split with a knife or chop into little pieces if you so wish.I can’t verify all the claims like…awesome sustainable, non-GMO ingredients or anything. We will all have to take a leap of faith on that.I CAN testify that the flavor is pretty great. The fish oil (Omega-3) is almost completely masked. It hardly even registers. Most brands of kiddie or adult Omega-3 supplements I’ve tried tastes gross because the fish oil flavor is not sufficiently masked. This one is pretty darn good. I don’t get much if any fish oil flavor coming through. The only better kiddie Omega-3 supplement I’ve tried is Nutrilite (Amway), which is hands-down the best but also hands-down the most expensive. Another factor that matters in getting children to eat their multies is covering up the “multi-vitamin” flavor. What’s that? Take any adult multi-vitamin tablet and let it melt on your tongue. That unpleasant taste is multi-vitamin flavor. There is a slight hint of multi-vitamin flavor coming through the more you chew these jellies. But it is very very minimal and my kids will eat these happily. Not so much the other brands, which mommy has to eat herself unfortunately.Overall, I think these are great. And would recommend if you are looking for a well-rounded supplement for you child. Please Smarty Pants – Make a vitamin similar to the Sunkist Fruit Gem Grapefruit flavor (white). If kids don’t like it, I know adults will!!!

  13. The reviews on this are absolutely true. My son’s focus and grades have improved dramatically since taking this. Just ordered our second bottle! Thank you!

  14. These vitamins are delicious! Of course I had to try them before I gave them to my kids, you know…for my own research and not because I love semi sour gummies. 😉 Not only are they delicious, they are free from so many allergens! These vitamins are perfect for people who are looking for clean vitamins. No soy, no wheat, non GMO, and the list goes on. My 4 year old, who is skeptical of trying new things tried these the day I received them and has been asking for them daily. I am so happy to have found these and will continue to purchase them. You will not be disappointed and neither will your kids!

  15. LIFE CHANGER!!! Two weeks of this and zero dairy (we have always avoided food dye and processed sugar) and my kid is a different kid. I homeschool and the last week has been a breeze comparatively. He actually said, “Mom, now I can choose when I want to act crazy.” THRILLED to find this and I’m going to tell everyone!

  16. Great for kids with ADHD, we use this and kids focus factor together and have noticed a great improvement in our son in school.

  17. My child turns 3 in May. She started taking this ONE week ago. I read reviews and gave it a swing. And let me tell you. My daughter is tracking better, talking is more clear and purposeful, she is so interested in learning more and just more confident in general, her manners and sweetness was lacking, but now it’s back, and it is NOT as hard to get her to go to bed because she can clearly understand me and is more compliant now that she seems like she’s doing better. For whatever reason. Something was affecting her for a while and it was affecting her sleep, which was affecting the way she looked and now she’s sleeping better and her face even looks better! someone told me. This is the unicorn formula if there ever was one. Try it!

  18. Easy way to get kids to take their vitamins thats for sure. Thoughtfully forumulated and carefully sourced ingredients . When weighing this purchase be sure to take into account that a daily serving is not one gummy but multiple. All in all a great alternative to most commercial kids vitamins which contain aspartame which is dreadful stuff!

  19. My 6 year old son was diagnosed with ADHD in early March of this year. Collectively, the doctor, my son’s father and I decided to try other options before a prescription drug. I read reviews of this and other supplements. He started the Smarty Pants Mineral Supplement a few weeks before starting the SP Complete Gummy Vitamins. I thought I noticed a small difference with just the Minerals. After he finished the bottle of Kroger brand gummies he had always taken, he started taking both products — the SP Minerals (at supper) and the SP Vitamins (at breakfast). We are not quite a month in with him taking both. Last weekend, a hair stylist who had not seen him in 4 or 5 months and did NOT know he had been diagnosed nor did she know about the two SP products he was taking, gave an unsolicited comment on how CALM he was. He actually sat and read a couple books he had brought along while I received a trim. The weekend before that, his paternal grandmother also commented “He actually SAT on my lap!!!” In the last couple weeks, he has been receiving verbal and written praise from his teachers (instead of ME receiving emails and phones calls). When his Kindergarten teacher told him recently that he did a “fine job,” he told me that it made tears run down his cheeks! My sweet, sweet boy has more self-awareness and is PROUD of himself. There is nothing better than that!

  20. My daughter ended up having tubes put in her ears and her adenoids removed due to constant fluid (it’s like trying to hear underwater). Also note fluid can cause sensory and behavioral issues. She had the surgery about 6 weeks ago and now she’s in speech therapy to catch her up w her peers since she lost about a year of speech (I had no clue about this until I went to see an ENT).Nonetheless, she’s a newly 3-year-old and can get distracted easily so way too early to diagnose for ADHD or anything like that. But I figured after reading the reviews and seeing how great fish oil is for the brain I’d give it a shot. She never eats eggs or fish so she probably doesn’t get much DHA naturally. I gave her and her brother each two tablets only. After reading one review saying her kid ended up becoming hyperactive from the form of B vitamins I was nervous. 2-3 hours later when both kids seemed fine I gave them the additional two gummies. We then go to my daughter’s speech therapy class and my son and I are waiting in the waiting area. He was almost taking a nap in the waiting room and he never takes naps (although I wish he would, lol). When I went in the last 5 minutes of her session as I always do she said, “I don’t know what it is but she did amazingly well today” and kept repeating it almost like “what did you do” and of course I didn’t say anything because honestly, it’s too early to tell w these vitamins. But so far were off to a good start. She was having mini conversations w her and responding w yes and no questions which she hadn’t done prior. I will absolutely update you all as time goes on and I will say I like what I see so far. I was not paid for this, I bought w my own money and will continue to do so if they are the reasoning behind this.It is possible she just had a great day & she’s starting to come alive after the surgery on her ears but that’s why I’ll come back. But it also seemed to mellow out my hyperactive newly 5-year-old son and that to me as a mom is heaven, ha. Most young boy’s attention spans are horrible.

  21. I sampled each flavor myself and thought the orange and strawberry banana were nice. I don’t care for the lemon and am not exactly sure why a kids vitamin would have a lemon flavor, to be honest. My 10 year old ate all flavors at once (go figure) and liked them overall. My 4 year old, however, tried each flavor individually and wasn’t a fan of any flavor. She is my picky eater and the one who needs a multi vitamin the most. I suspect she has a MTHFR mutation and was happy this had the methyl Folate as well as the other array of vitamins. Unfortunately I’ll have to try something else next time for her.

  22. The only issue I have is these are currently $11.88 at Walmart. I have been giving these to my daughter who is almost 8 almost 2 weeks now. I wasn’t expecting anything this soon or much at all. I read a science artical about omega 3 helping kids who are hyper active. While my daughter isn’t hyper active in most cases she is extremely squirmy and has problems staying seated whenever reading. She reads just at a normal level for her age, and I felt if she could just sit still she would do better. She reads to me every single night. Tonight it happened. She sat almost completely still the WHOLE book. This has NEVER happened before. She stumbled very little on words, remained focused, and didn’t fidget even once when getting to a new word or difficult word. Holy moly I think there is something to this Omega 3. As far as the product it must have what it claims in it to actually be seeing results. The adult bottle of 180 are the exact same when comparing labels. Just take 3 instead of 6, and buy at Walmart. Save yourselff about $5 and have a full 2 month supply. My daughter said the red ones are gross, but still eats them and the orange is the best.

  23. SmartyPants have greatly helped our daughters focus in school. We were going to add a multivitamin but realized that’s in the gummies as well! Great product for the price!

  24. These vitamins are the best. The right kind of B12… now, I get them from Costco, cheaper than Amazon ( 4 gummies per child/ day is kind of expensive)

  25. I think these are better than the last bottle of smart kids vitamins because they have a sugar like coating which makes them taste better. My husband even tried one and said they were good. It is bummer though that your child has to take 4 of them a day but worth it. Plus they have methylcobalmin instead of cyancobalmin and have folate instead of folic acid.

  26. I love these for my three year old son, I started giving these to him when he was about two and a half, and this has helped him improve in all aspects. He loves the taste of these and he’s always excited to get his vitamins. These have helped him with his attention, his behavior has changed to be better understanding of what we say to him, as well as his appetite. We have taken him off of these twice to see if there was really a difference in him, and each time after about a month to two months he would become much more picky, not willing to hear us out when we talked to him, and also he was always antsy.Understandable for a three year old but he’s much happier when he takes these, not to mention the help with his speech development with these.

  27. The struggle is real to get all the vitamins and minerals in your children’s diets these days (especially when you have a picky eater). I decided to try these vitamins and I must say they’re a HUGE hit with both the 11 year old (+Fiber version) and the 13 year old. The kids love them and I agree that they taste great! We prefer the texture of these vitamins to some of the other multis we’ve tried – they’re more like Dots candy vs sticky gooey multis. Two thumbs up from all of us.

  29. These are well made vitamins and the first multivitamin with Omega in it that my son will actually eat! I like most all of the ingredients in it, but for a good tasting kids vitamin, it is well made! I occasionally find it better priced at Costco and have to keep my eye on the subscribe and save because sometimes the price jumps way up.

  30. These are high quality vitamins that contain the best supplements in the form that is easiest for your body to process. I’ve purchased Smarty Pants for everyone in my family, men, women and children and everyone loves the taste – including me. I can’t say enough about them and highly recommend them to everyone.

  31. Speaking for my children, they say they taste great and they feel smarter, not sure about the last one but what you believe it’s what you get .

  32. My son loves these vitamins! We have tried several others and he wasn’t crazy about them. He reminds me to give him the gummies in the morning! I noticed that his skin appears a lot healthier and he seems to be calmer. He used to have trouble falling asleep at night, and now falls asleep with no problem. Needless to say, these vitamins are THEE BOMB!

  33. We bought these for my Kindergarten who was struggling with focusing at school. We have tried them now for about a month. We have seen great strides in her focus! She struggles with having 4 of them in the morning but besides that I am extremely happy with how these gummies are helping her!

  34. My kids use both flavors and love them. Meets my mom standard of L-Methylfolate instead of synthetic Folic Acid, and overall quality. Plus the price is a huge win for the quality. Now kids, husband, and I all use Smart Pants as our daily supplement.

  35. My picky kindergartener actually like this product! Out of curiosity, my hubby & I tried 1 where in our surprise the vitamins tasted really good no wonder our lil’ fella didn’t mind it at all… not bad for a complete daily gummy vitamins. We highly recommend this!

  36. These are the best gummy vitamins. Best flavor and soft consistency is nice and soft. I find myself sneaking one on occasion because they are so tasty. They go quick because the serving size is 4 gummies but we only give our kids vitamins when someone is sick.

  37. I was looking for vitamins for my kids (especially my son who does like vegetables or fruit) and this product they love to take each morning. I love them because as well as having the usual vitamins it’s the omega 3s from small fish which were a game changer. Great for developing brains!

  38. The quality of these appears to be good. The sugar on the outside keeps them from sticking together. They’re chewable and not too hard. They taste good (non-fishy) either room temperature or refrigerated. I did not like the flavor of the red ones (probably cherry – I’ve never liked cherry flavor as it reminds me of medicine). I bought them for a 22-month-old, but he wouldn’t eat them. It went into his mouth and right out again. I thought he ate the second one I tried to give him but I discovered it mushed into his car seat later that day. I guess I’ll finish them. It was worth a try. Same dose as the adult ones per gummy, just with a different recommended serving size.

  39. Our 10 year old son was having issues with focus in school and I read that omegas are important so we decided to try this brand. His focus did improve while taking them, I can’t say for sure it was the vitamins bc we had some serious talks with him and his teacher about the issue but I do think they helped. Will be using these during the school years to come!

  40. We have these vitamins on subscribe & save because my kids consistently enjoy them. Too often a vitamin will be too grainy or powdery or have a funny aftertaste; all things I can handle, but my kiddos not so much! These are great for providing them with daily vitamins & minerals plus the DHA from fishoil makes these a win!

  41. These work great for my son with severe ADHD. The pure ingredients help him focus and be less compulsive. I had heard great things from other mom’s in a fb support group for moms of ADHD kids.

  42. My kid is 3 and doing complex algebra thanks to these. In all seriousness idk if they are snake oil or not I just give him one a day as a routine thing. He likes the flavors and they have vitamins. No complaints here. Probably just contributing to the face that Americans have the most expensive urine from all the vitamins we pee out.

  43. I can’t speak to whether these work or not. I can say that I feel better about giving my son a daily vitamin to supplement his otherwise poor diet (doesn’t eat in variety). He eats these vitamins without a problem and has no issue eating the dosage of 4 chews. I would hope that the supplement helps, to my knowledge he doesn’t have any deficiencies so for now we’ll stick with them.

  44. Keep in my house for my kids

  45. I had been looking for something that included folate as opposed to folic acid. This is so great for the kids….they beg for them daily too. The taste is great.

  46. Igot these bc they have folate instead of folic acid in them. I really wish they made a vitamin that my kids only needed to take one or the very most two a day. I have 3 kids taking these it adds up quickly.

  47. Love these and they help keep my active kids healthy. I really believe it then!

  48. I really like this brand this is my first time trying it and the taste was not bad I tasted it myself before giving it to my children and even when I gave it to them they never complain that one time I actually really like taking them

  49. While it has a lot of sugar, I do like the fact that it has DHA as well as the usual vitamins and minerals we want our kids to get (besides the iron it lacks, being in gummy format). The kids have to take 4 of these at a time (that is the dose listed on the label), but they have no problem doing so since these are so sugary. The manufacturer says having to take so many is due to the fact that they loaded them with DHA from fish oil, and didn’t want to compromise the flavor by packing all the DHA into less gummies. Makes sense. If you don’t mind a bunch of sugar these are good. I’ve even gotten my husband to take them. Will buy again.

  50. Yes!!! I’m done happy mama bear! 🙂 I finally found vitamins that my two and three year olds will eat and I know that there are good ingredients with pure ingrediants and without all the added bullcrap and high fructose corn syrup! This is my second time purchasing these because my kids absolutely love them and I love knowing that they’re getting their vitamins without a fight. I don’t know what it is but it must be some sort of balance it brings to my children’s body because they seem to behave better and have less of a temper when they take these vitamins on a daily basis. They feel good when they take these vitamins and I can always notice a peak in their energy and a more happy easy-going attitude.Must buy if you’re a mama looking for healthy vitamins to give your little ones :)The best part is that there’s no GMOs or synthetic coloring and there’s no artificial flavors to worry about or preservatives.
